Website operator and contact

Registered address: 72 Naberezhna Street, Kryvushi, Kremenchutskyi district, Poltavska region, 39702, Ukraine.
This policy covers website inquiries and optional website analytics. It does not replace any separate agreement governing client project data.

Information we collect
- Inquiry information: first name, last name, email address and selected implementation interests are required to submit the Automation Roadmap form. A request description is optional. Please do not include passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Technical information: connection and request details, such as IP addresses and browser information, used to deliver and protect the website.
- Optional analytics: with acceptance, pages visited, traffic sources, website interactions, browser/device information and cookie/session identifiers. Google also receives connection information when analytics requests reach its servers.
- Privacy preferences: your analytics choice and when you made it, remembered in browser storage.
The website also displays team profiles, portraits and attributed reviews. These published materials are separate from visitor inquiries.
Purposes and legal bases
- To assess and respond to service inquiries and prepare proposals.
- To deliver the website, prevent abuse and troubleshoot technical or workflow failures.
- With analytics acceptance, to understand website use and traffic sources.
- To remember and respect analytics choices, including rejection and withdrawal.
We rely on our legitimate interests in assessing service inquiries, preparing responses and proposals, following up about requested services, and keeping proportionate inquiry and troubleshooting records. These interests also include running and protecting this website and remembering your privacy choices.
Optional analytics is based on your consent. Rejecting it does not prevent website use or inquiry submission. Submitting an inquiry starts the separate processing described below; analytics consent does not cover that processing or unrelated marketing.
Service providers and AI processing
Vercel hosts the website and forwards inquiries to Make. Make coordinates processing, Google Sheets stores inquiry records, Slack receives private notifications, and Gmail holds reply drafts for eligible inquiries.
OpenAI assists with categorizing inquiries and preparing draft responses. Automated classifications can affect how an inquiry is handled, including whether a reply draft is prepared. Classifications can be incorrect. The workflow does not automatically send reply emails or make binding decisions.
These providers process information relevant to their role, not necessarily every form field. Submitted details and generated content may also remain in workflow execution records for troubleshooting and operational support.
Book a Call opens Google Calendar. Profile and review links open external websites with their own privacy notices; some platform links are partner or affiliate links. These are links, not embedded tracking or booking widgets.
Google Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 is optional for all visitors, regardless of location. It loads only after you accept analytics. Before acceptance, no analytics requests are sent and no analytics cookies are set.
With consent, it measures page views, traffic sources, Book a Call clicks and confirmed inquiry submissions. A booking-link click is not a completed appointment. Analytics does not receive inquiry contents or contact details. We limit campaign and referral information to reduce the risk of sending personal information; this integration does not use advertising features.
The _ga and _ga_* cookies identify consented visits and have a configured expiry of 180 days, renewable on later consented visits. Your analytics choice is valid for 180 days; an expired preference may remain in browser storage until replaced or cleared. Cookie expiry is separate from Google's data retention below.
Choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics, or reopen Analytics preferences in the footer to withdraw consent at any time. Choices apply to the current browser. Withdrawal stops further collection and removes accessible analytics cookies, but does not undo prior processing or automatically delete data already received by Google or inquiries already submitted. You can also clear cookies through your browser.
How long information is retained
Inquiry retention depends on the time needed to assess and respond to your request, manage resulting work, meet applicable record-keeping requirements and address disputes or security issues. This includes related records held by our inquiry providers. We do not promise a fixed or automatic deletion schedule; you can request deletion subject to applicable requirements.
Google Analytics event-data retention is set to 2 months and user-data retention to 14 months. Reset on new user activity is off, so new activity does not restart the user-data retention period. These settings do not apply to standard aggregated reports, and do not mean that all analytics data is deleted after two months.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law applicable to you and the processing, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent. Where applicable, you may complain to a supervisory authority. Rights and exceptions vary; the analytics withdrawal control is available regardless of location.
You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests by contacting us using the privacy email address above.
Use the privacy contact above to make a request. Provide enough information to identify the interaction, without unnecessary sensitive details. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. Legal requirements and exceptions may affect the response.
International processing
Our service providers may process website and inquiry information outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA or UK. Data-protection laws in those countries may differ from those where you live.
Data security
We use encrypted submission transport and controls to validate inquiries and limit abuse. No system can guarantee complete security. Please do not include credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in an inquiry.
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our website, services, or data processing practices. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised 'Last updated' date.
